Black and white photo, sepia tinged. Some kind of large monster grips two people. In the back a man with a longish white wig some kind of metal claw hangs down behind him. In the front Wendy Padbury has an organic-looking claw around her neck and is wearing flared trousers. Next to Wendy a young man with a short scarf around his next is holding some kind of device (or possibly another of the monsters appendages).

I had forgotten that Wendy Padbury starred in the Doctor Who stage play The Seven Keys to Doomsday as "Jenny" and, given this was after her time on the TV show, I wonder why the script wasn't altered to make her Zoe again once she had been cast.

Maybe because the opening gimmick of the script is that Jimmy and Jenny are normal theatregoers who get pulled into the action, so the character has to be contemporary rather than from the space-age future?

I'm sure they could have come up with something... hand-wave hand-wave time-lord interference Zoe plucked from the far future suddenly her memories return when she finds herself in the audience.
