View through window of snow covered gardens, houses and cars

Mostly it snowed and then melted and then snowed again. Running has been intermittent because its quite icy out betimes and since I'm not training for anything it seems a little foolish to risk slipping over.

I can never really decide whether its nice that we do this kind of half-hearted snow thing, where it snows for about three days every other year and everyone gets terribly excited and the country grinds to a halt (at least in years where the whole country isn't stopped in any case) or whether I'd prefer to be somewhere where the weather committed either to snow or no snow (probably not no snow, I'm not all that good in the heat).
