Drawing from an annual of the Second Doctor in his stove-pipe hat reaching for his recorder which is on a 1960s style computer terminal. An alien with a bald head and antennae wearing a vaguely classical looking red skirt and large collar and holding a gun is in the background.

This is from an annual story called Death to Mufl which, I confess, I've not bothered to read - I just liked the look of the Doctor surreptitiously trying to get hold of his recorder. I assume the artist only had reference pictures of early Troughton publicity stills. Hence the hat.
