Impact Case

I took this in a meeting last week before the speaker said we would be sent copies of the slides. But really this typifies one of the things I intensely dislike about the impact case. It's not a bad slide but its advice should be redundant to anyone who has been paying attention for the past 5 years. Moreover it's far from clear whether I will be responsible for writing my Impact Case summary, and if I do whether someone else won't just go and change it any which way they feel like after the fact. And, really, why did I have to spend half an hour in a meeting to be told this stuff - just send me the official advice and then get someone to critique my writing after the fact?
