So I selected the "An Adventure in Space and Time" DVD cover primarily because Sacha Dhawan*, but then I spotted that the reverse of the cover had this rather charming 1965 annual cover pastiche. So you get both as this week's random Doctor Who Picture.

*If you don't know why Sacha Dhawan and are interested in Doctor Who, go away and watch Spyfall and then come back.

I loved this tv play. David Bradley is a long-time favourite of mine; and I thought he caught Hartnell really well. I also loved that he then reprised the role of Doctor #1 in one of the current episodes.

I'm a kinda intermittent Whovian, mainly since the revival from Eccleston onwards.

I love it as well. I wanted to re-watch it for my birthday last year but mistakenly thought it was an extra on one my other DVDs. When it turned out it wasn't we had to resort to "other means" but I felt badly enough about that that I bought the DVD anyway. I actually had to take it out of the cellophane wrap to scan the cover though!
