A display case of the planets of the solar system, priced up. Racks of hoodies and T-shirts visible in the background

At one point it seemed like the NASA Visitor Centre was as close as we were going to get to being on base at Ames and it is, frankly, more Gift Shop than Visitor Centre. Still, I was able to buy hoodies, T-shirts, space pens and space socks for the family.

I imagine you could hand wave something about dwarf planets. Possibly its just a case of "that's what was in the catalog we ordered from".
