Not terribly good night photo. Something that may be a red neon lighthouse in the middle of a lake and a red neon structure on the shore.

The finale of this year's Festival of Manchester did not quite reach the heights of people rowing an illuminated Swan around the lake with fireworks going off from its tail but it was still worth dropping in to after we'd finished our day of protesting. There was a kind of machine made of cogs which whirred and a lighthouse in the lake which opened up (I think like a music box) to display someone twirling buttons which displayed illuminated patterns. Then a whole load of fireworks went off from the middle of the lake.
