Two Dalek Operators from the 1966 story the Power of the Daleks (at least according to DWB). They are presumably on a break, still sitting in the bases of their costume but with the top parts off. These are placed on the floor in front of them. One looks entirely standard the other appears to have a sieve instead of a sink plunger and I can't work out if that's some illusion based on an object on a table at the front of the picture, or if there was actually a Dalek with a sieve
