Longer ago than I care to think I purchased or was given, I no longer remember which, the Flash Gordon sticker album. In my memory I diligently collected stickers for several years without ever completing the book, but I don't think that can be correct because this kind of tie-in memorabilia has a fairly short shelf life. I got most of the stickers though.

Unfortunately the glue has now failed and the sticker book leaves little forlorn trails of stickers in its path. Most of these I have now put in a Really Useful Box, but I no longer feel the thing has much sentimental value since so much of the contents has flitted away. I'm keeping the box and will put the Sticker Album back on the shelves, but I suspect next time it comes down it will go in the bin.

This page is fairly typical of the interior, though with more surviving stickers in place than many!

An under-rated film, IMHO.

My memory is that it has great supporting cast but that Flash and Dale are kind of disappointing. We have it on DVD somewhere, must rewatch sometime!
