Cycled to station once. Exercise book finally arrived today (not until after I'd been refunded the money of course). Actually it looks like it isn't the book Sophie recommended but is obviously similar. On her advice I've not bothered reading all the motivational stuff about being happy with your body image.
Weight: 9 st 12 oz
2. Drink/buy less alcohol.
Alcohol bought: 3 bottles wine.
Alcohol opened: 3 bottles wine.
3. Do list of "before bed" actions pinned to fridge.
As usual. Bag packing done well, tidying not so well.
4. Write a grant.
No progress.
5. Done.
6. Done.
7. Try a new recipe each week.
None this week (not much cooking happening) and unlikely to be any next. B is away most of the week.
