Ah! The BBC Foam machine. For a brief period, it figured prominently in Doctor Who.

It certainly added a certain something to a couple of Second Doctor adventures. I don't think I will ever forget the first time I watched The Seeds of Death and saw him slip around in the foam and Wendy Padbury couldn't keep from laughing.

The actors always seem to be having fun with the foam - though maybe I'm just projecting. I mean, who wouldn't want to be paid to "die" in a sea of foam.
