2. You should be embarrassed to own this, but nowhere near as embarrassed as I am for knowing that it's 'I'm your man' by Wham.

If I was going to be embarrassed about my taste in 1980s pop I would be a quivering wreck by now. I suspect this particular tendency explains the fact that I never, once, ever, spotted a song lyric as the Chapter title in a Virgin New Adventures novel.
