Given what I do this was an episode I'd either love or hate. I loved it. In particular I loved the subtle clothing colour call out to the racism (allowing RTD if challenged to say it was The Doctor's wardrobe not skin colour that was Lindy's issue. I loved the exaggeration of dependence on technology, social media addiction, eat-the-rich (literally, as you say) and the twist of lack of a redemption arc. The Doctor's desire to save people, no matter how awful to him they are, was really well played by Gatwa here, as well. Best Dr and companion-lite episode since Blink, I think.
