purplecat: The Tardis against a sunset (or possibly sunrise) (Doctor Who)

Four more Doctor Who companion outfits for your delectation and delight! Outfits selected by a mixture of ones I, personally, like; lists on the internet; and a certain random element.

Selection of images of Ian's outfit from The Space Museum and The Chase. A pale polo neck, dark blazer and pressed trousers.

Ian from The Space Museum and The Chase As a variation on Ian's suit and tie, we have the very 1960s look of a suit and polo neck.

Selection of images of Peri's outfit from Planet of Fire and The Caves of Androzani. Pink knee-length shorts. An open white top tied at the waist with a faint pink design. White low-heeled shoes.

Peri in Planet of Fire and The Caves of Androzani I quite like this variation on Peri's shorts and revealing top look. It feels more like something she's chosen because it's practical and the weather is hot, than some of her later outfits.

Selection of images of Bill's outfit from Smile. Black skinny jeans ripped at the knees. White trainers. A fitting sleeveless top with vertical stripes in bright red, yellow, blue, black and white. Her denim jacket tied at the waist. She has a red, yellow and blue coloured bow in her hair.

Bill in Smile I think this outfit of Bill's is a stunner. It's the bright top that really makes it. In lots of ways this sums up Bill's look for me.

Selection of images of Jo's outfit from Planet of the Daleks. A brown jacket with an off-centre zip and an exagerrated breast pocket. This is over a blue blouse with a pixie collar. Brown flares. In one shot she is wearing a beige raincoat over it all with knitted gloves.

Jo in Planet of the Daleks I found it oddly difficult to get good screenshots of this episode - particularly a nice full length shot of the outfit. I think the jacket has a lot of style but the overall effect is perhaps a bit muted for Jo.

You missed out the post title. Can it be added in belatedly? Though folks like me still found it :)

That definitely isn't one of Jo's best outfits. The muted colours really don't fit her. I'm actually voting for Peri this time. I usually don't like her outfits at all but this one both looks good on her and seems comfortable.
