Ryan in The Ghost Monument Honestly, Ryan has looked better than this. The effect is somewhat of someone just grabbing anything that was (maybe?) clean off the floor.
Bill in Knock! Knock! I like this outfit. It matches Bill's sense of colour and her slightly quirky way of putting things together.
Graham in Kerblam! Fifty years after Ian and Barbara were rocking cardigans in the Tardis, Graham returns to the tradition!
Ian at the turn of Seasons 1 and 2. The other thing Ian wore in the Tardis, when he wasn't wearing a cardigan, was a suit.
