Love Sarah Jane.

Nine years later, I still feel a pang of mourning whenever I am reminded that Elisabeth Sladen once graced our good earth. Less so for her work on Doctor Who than for her wonderful, and wonderfully surprising, reprise of the role on The Sarah Jane Adventures.

We never actually got to the end of watching the Sarah Jane Adventures. I keep thinking I should look to see if there is a box set out there.

It's been a few years since I last watched it, but as I recall it ended better than we had any right to expect — in retrospect, it seems clear that they were to some extent working around Sladen's illness during the final half season, but they were still good stories. I don't think you'd regret the box set.
