Seventh Doctor Paper Doll wearing a duffel coat. He has a weird expression.

Yesterday I went looking for the paper doll book, confident that I had stashed it somewhere accessible, but could not find it.

It was on the kitchen table...

Anyway, only a day late, here is the Seventh Doctor in his duffel coat. I observed that some of the white was intended to cover the umbrella so I have compromised on my "no white outline" policy by leaving that bit of white outline in place. I'm not sure about the head that exists just to have a strange expression. In principle I think this is a clever idea, but the actual expression doesn't strike me as particularly quintessentially seventh Doctor.

It's like a caricature of a gurn really - which seems excessive somehow.

It looks like a still shot in the middle of a right hook punch being taken!

You are right, it does have something of the "just punched" about it.

I get that the seventh Doctor did gurn a bit but... not like that.

I had not previously encountered 'gurn' as a verb (and my spill chicken is being obnoxious about it). 'Tis a lovely word.

That is a very weird expression! The only thing I can think it actually looks like is when he was regenerating into Eight in the morgue which is, indeed, not exactly typical.

I agree that he definitely well, not exactly gurned, but made use of his face a lot which is why I think "expression head" is quite a clever idea. It's just that expression doesn't seem very like him somehow.
