"The Web Planet also shows the TARDIS being lifted and carried away, suggesting that its weight is the same as that of an ordinary police box. The Trojans manage the same thing a few stories later, while in the earlier Marco Polo, the ship is carried by a simple horse and cart, so it can't be just that the Zarbi are super-strong."
It does describe itself as the first of a three part series though, so after a bit of digging, 5 issues later I find
"In an odd throwaway line Romana tells us that the TARDIS weighs 5x10 to the power of 6 kilos in pretty normal gravity, which makes it 50,000 tons - although a small group of Marshmen have lifted it easily enough, as people and monsters have been doing since the series' inception, so she must be confused (unless she's talking purely about the interior rooms tucked away in that other dimension - thus giving lie to the oft-quoted 'fact' that the TARDIS is infinitely large inside)."
