Mythbusting
Mar. 27th, 2009 10:19 pmB. and I were witness to an interesting optical effect when driving the other day. It was tipping down with rain and there was a rainbow up above us. The spray being thrown up by the traffic caused the rainbow effect to continue down onto the road towards us, in fact pretty much towards the bonnet of the car and our front windscreen.
We were at the end of the rainbow!
There was no crock of gold.

Actually, now I think about it, that happened to us once, years ago, on some family car journey. Quite a weird effect, isn't it?
