If I was creating this meme I would be judging interesting from number of comments and taking things like "normal" and "peculiar" from tags (although how you calculate normal and peculiar, I'm not quite sure). At any rate - if you measure them this way then a pie chart isn't a good way to present the data since a post could be both interesting and peculiar....
