Apparently my primary memory, apart from the views outwith, is of a middle-aged man looking at his smartwatch and declaring with great satisfaction: "38 flights!" :D

Smart Phones/Watches have genuinely been transformative for my health and fitness, but one does sometimes feel a bit in thrall to them!

There's a lift to the wall walk now and a very pleasant wheelchair accessible area at battlement level, but of course tunnelling through the walls like a medieval rat is irresistable to those of us who are able enough.
