It's always surprising to find things from these old comics. :) I think I know the companion in this?

It's John and Gillian the Doctor's grand-children. They're quite interesting at the level that they accompany both the first and second Doctors in the strips and grow from kids into teenagers. However, having actually read a lot of the strips now I can't say they are, as stories, all that interesting and the "grow up" isn't some carefully planned arc or anything its just suddenly they are teenagers.
