Romana's outfit here has got this far against some phenomenally stiff competition, while Peri's outfit has, frankly, not had such powerful contenders against it. I think this is an easy win for Romana, but I have been wrong in these pronouncements before.

Romana wins this one hands down for me. It's so colourful and fun!

I do think it is one of the top notch costumes - Peri is doing surprisingly well against it though.

I really like that Peri outfit. But Romana's is possibly my favourite Who outfit of all time. So yup, that gets my vote again.

It's one of my favourites as well - if I was keening on making cosplay, it would definitely be on the list.

Peri's is lovely, while I find something about Romana's offputting - possibly the belt.

I do think it works better in motion than in still photography. In the actual episode, for instance, I don't really notice the green coulottes underneath it, which are also a bit odd.
