While I'm only moderately fond of Romana's outfit in Full Circle I love what she wore in Horns of Nimon.

I'm a bit meh about both of them; what tipped me to picking the second is the shot of the back of the jacket. I actually think that the jacket in the other costume is more interesting, but I like this one better!

Tailored jackets are often a really great look. The other is more individual but the whole is - I don't know - a little more 1980s than most of her costumes that were more timeless.

Absolutely. Also, the first one to me is all about the fine detail and the silhouette, and then the flow at the back throws that off.

The Nimon one is the winner for me. The other isn't so Romana.
