Ace in Survival Mostly about the top this one, otherwise a lot like a lot of Ace's outfits, though I like the detail of what seems to be a school tie at the waist.




Jo in The Claws of Axos It was frustratingly difficult to get good shots of this outfit. It looks great in that black-and-white publicity still even though something odd seems to be happening at the wrists.




Liz in The Ambassadors of Death This is the last post in Round 1 (almost - I have a bonus post for tomorrow ) and I think it fitting that it includes a fabulous hat.




Clara in Nightmare in Silver A pretty typical Clara outfit to end on.

I think what's going on with Jo's sleeves is that they're actually the mini-dress (or a matching blouse)'s sleeves poking out the end of a beige jacket over the top - so a loose-ish fabric that is therefore bunching out at the bit where it emerges from the sleeves.

I agree! It's weird though!

I think agree with the commenter above, the strange fabric around her wrists is probably the very wide blousing sleeves of her dress. It's a pity because I quite like the rest of her outfit. It doesn't beat Liz's snazzy hat though.

I think you are right about the sleeves, but it creates an odd effect. I'm sort of surprised they didn't do something about it.

Dang, a hat, I don't like it with Liz's coat though, so Jo wins the seventies fashion fight for me.

It'd be fine if she poked the blouse sleeves back up her coat ones.
