Four more Doctor Who companion outfits for your delectation and delight! Outfits selected by a mixture of ones I, personally, like; lists on the internet; and a certain random element.






Rory in The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon This manages still to look very much like Rory's clothes, despite not involving a check shirt or a big puffy jacket.




Yaz in Ascension of hte Cybermen/The Timeless Children Yaz in modern clothes, so largely a bit dull.




Clara from The Caretaker One of Clara's "school teacher" outfits. Like Yaz's outfit above, it's quite typical but she's worn cuter stuff.




Amy from The Impossible Astronaut/Day of the Moon The other half of Rory's outfit above. Very similar in vibe but also very Amy.

I think Yaz pink jacket and flowery blouse is the least dull among this sadly boring bunch.

I blame the compound random factors of a) random selection of some outfits and then b) random ordering of said outfits.

Larks, it's the attack of the boring modern clothes. I settled on Yaz.

Honestly, I think we need the modern show to try to envisage the kind of future that gave us Zoe's outfits - I mean, just imagine Captain Jack in 60s retro-future wear, if nothing else John Barrowman would have had fun!

I wish they would! I can't imagine in thirty years time, in another costume battle, people will suddenly be wowed by Graham's clobber.
