Vicki in The Chase and The Time Meddlar Vicki - teenager from the far future - dresses to match 1960s Barbara.
Leela in The Talons of Weng-Chiang Once again the Doctor tries to get Leela to dress appropriately for the period. In this case he takes her to a music hall.
Clara from Kill the Moon I'm not sure it's going to win any prizes, but I felt that the Tardis orange space suits needed to figure somewhere in this.
Sarah in Planet of the Spiders Planet of the Spiders takes place over several days, meaning Sarah changes outfit twice. This is the most boring of three and is clearly intended to represent a professional look worn to conduct interview for her paper.
