Victoria in The Abominable Snowmen and The Ice Warriors I've always liked this outfit of Victoria's which combines practicality with a suggestion of her Victorian Era origins. Apparently Deborah Watling didn't like it though.
Sarah from Death to the Daleks The thing that most strikes me about this outfit is the conceit that a beach outfit comes with a matching professional suit that goes over the top of it.
Clara from Under the Lake/Before the Flood Clara's core look was very much formed around these short mini-skirts and check patterns. It was described somewhere as typical of school teachers which... is not my experience. But they are definitely cute.
Rose from School Reunion Another Hoodie and Jeans variant from Rose. Strictly speaking, I don't think this is a hoodie but the wide/high nick left unzipped gives that impression.
