We were lucky to have a beautiful sunset the first day of the holiday.

The cat showed up on the first day and was greeted with enthusiasm by many of the younger members of the party. We managed to prevent them feeding it, but it did get to sleep on their beds once or twice.

We were warned not to bring the chair into the house because of wood worm.

The cottage came with a hob and a microwave but to our surprise no oven - well, there was an arga type thing, but it was switched off and we couldn't find any instructions. This is me making spaghetti bolognese.
