Even if I take the question in the manner I think it was intended - i.e., do you have a head canon you really like, the answer would still be "no". I've got plenty of bits of canon in various shows I'd like fixed - Sapphire and Steel trapped in the cafe, Donna and her memories, and I've read plenty of fics that come up with solutions to those problem that I like, but there aren't any that I'm like "YES! THIS IS THE ONE TRUE ANSWER I WILL ALWAYS CLING TO IN PREFERENCE TO OTHERS"

Susan is, for definite, the Doctor's grand-daughter, perhaps. But I'm not sure that counts as a head canon.
