Does anyone on my flist know what you do if a community you're a member of appears to have been hacked?

[livejournal.com profile] tex_latex - a low volume comm for users of the latex document preparation system appears to have been, judging by the last post, and I'm wondering if anyone knows who I should contact? I'm assuming that, since it's low volume, there may not already have been a vast deluge of complaint.

EDIT: Of course, I'm also worrying that I've done something horrendous to myself by clicking on the fake link in that post, but can't off hand see anything fishy and I'm on a Mac which protects against a lot of random exploits.

I'm guessing you can report it to lj_maintenance, but i don't know for sure.

Isn't there a support comm you can report it to? I can't think of which one, though... You could try clicking on the Support/FAQ link at the very bottom of the Home page, see if that gets you any further information.

Have a look at this LJ news post, just in case it was the situation described there: http://news.livejournal.com/117957.html

Otherwise, I'd suggest doing a support request and seeing what happens.
