About 1980s Doctor Who? For certain.

I'm fond of Paradise Towers. There's a five-second segment of really awesome music. That guy from The Good Life leaves no scenery unchewed. And while it has Mel in it, it mitigates this somewhat by putting her inna bikini.

Fun Trivia Fact! The story was the writer's attempt to do J. G. Ballard's High Rise as Doctor Who. I think it might have worked if it hadn't been for Mel.
