Amusingly vivdunstan has a post with title "Finally" which appears in my timeline immediately after this (for her, it' the arrival of a new accordion from France after weeks in customs hell in both France and the UK, all due to Brexit).
Possibly this is Brexit - CUP murmured darkly about supply lines at one point, though given the thing turned up two days later I'm not sure CUP were communicating internally all that well.
