It's from a set of postcards I got given. Most of them are a bit like this which actually makes it tricky to know what to do with them, since most people don't want notes on postcards of comparatively obscure Doctor Who monsters...
That sounds delightful. And a great way to get rid of them, provided you have a return address you're comfortable sharing. It would turn one box that you don't really want into some treasured memories scattered around the world.
... And I'm just enjoying the irony that snail mail has become such a niche thing that people have to plan and talk online before they can assume it'll work to send someone a holiday card, much less a letter.
