Cowl

A cowl appears to be scarf with its ends stitched together. I'm not sure a cowl is as useful as a scarf, but I liked the look of the pattern so I made it anyway.





I have a horrible feeling that crochet leads inevitably to a large collection of shawls and scarfs of various descriptions.

I normally more need protection for my ears than my face, and find that cowls can be settled to do that better.

Yes, I think my issue is that I most need protection for my throat and upper chest, otherwise I get kind of coughy (though, now I think of it, that issue has improved since I started running). Sadly the cowl seems to leave a bit of a gap just there.
