It's always a bit weird to see the colour stills from TV shows that were filmed and broadcast in B&W. Then again, when I was a kid in the early 70s we still only had a B&W TV. When I first saw re-runs of Star Trek, I watched them in B&W. I was stunned to find out they'd been made in colour when I saw them again a few years later.
I hadn't really thought of that. I suppose I've been reading Doctor Who Magazine for so long I'm very familiar with all the colour publicity shots that exist from the Black and White era.
I'm never really sure what I made of Victoria. She started quite a strong character, but the longer she was in the show the more the writers seemed to think her main role was to be frightened and scream.
