I'm not a huge fan of Chibnall's take on Doctor Who, though I'm preferring this series to last. This series is a lot more traditional than series 11, so in a way I'm glad series 11 exists because I know people who loved it and I think its very important for the show that it continues to evolve and try new things.

I'm not sure I'm irritated exactly and Doctor Who rarely has the most watertight of scripting, but I do think there are more untidinesses in a lot the Chibnall era scripts - things that look like plot threads from earlier drafts that haven't been properly removed, or questions that are left unanswered...
