Arc in Space is the very, very first serial I ever saw of Doctor Who, back in the summer of '80. I told my Aunt, I told my Dad... got both of them hooked on it too. So it holds a very soft spot in my memory, as my gateway to the adventures.

Thank all the stars that PBS, for years, imported so much British television. I wound up watching many TV shows I'd've never seen otherwise because of Doctor Who capturing my attention on summer day with that story.
