I think (hope) there's a difference between saying "it worries me that this can be used to justify that" and, I hope, pointing out ways that it maybe doesn't and in saying "this should not have been created" or "this should not be enjoyed" or even "this should not be seen".

My intention is in the spirit of the former not the latter.
