That's calculated as a weighted moving average - the actual weight I just recorded on my scales would make my BMI lower than that.

As of this morning, I am no longer officially over-weight!

Umm well basically I record my weight every day (which fluctuates a lot for various reasons) then calculate my average weight over the past 20 days to give a more accurate figure and squew the average towards the most recent measurements... It's supposed to give a better picture whether your weight is going up or down on a day by day basis.
