Then I went to Bergen
This is the last travel picspam for a while I promise. I was there to deliver a lecture on Verifying Autonomous Ethical Systems to Matryoshka's Machine Ethics class.
I was very charmed by the hotel which the University booked me into. A lot more character than your average hotel and there were complementary brownies
This was the hall outside my room.
The room itself.
On the second day Matryoshka took me sight-seeing in the pouring rain (I gather Bergen's weather is much like Manchester')
The old hanseatic quarter.
We then went up the funicular railway in order to admire the spectacular views of Bergen from the top.
As you will observe, it was snowing by this point.
However, three hours later when I departed for the airport, the sun had come out.
