I've managed fewer, longer fics for fandom stocking this year which I think is probably an improvement (though not necessarily from the POV of the mod, I suppose). Though I'll confess I'm amusing myself at the moment writing drabbles and making icons for random stockings on the grounds the whole thing may open at any moment (but probably won't until Monday AM UK time).

You do get that with yulefics occasionally, sometimes its just way too involved with a canon I don't know as much about as maybe I think I did, or I realise that the bits of that canon that I recall or which grabbed me are obviously not the bits this other person liked.
